Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase at https://SaltyToadFishing.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are here to help. We do not want you to have to worry about return shipping costs, so we are happy to offer free return shipping if your return meets the requirements below.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to initiate the return within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To start the return process, please email us at Orders@SaltyToadFishing.com. In the email, please include a picture of the proof of purchase, which items are being returned and confirmation that the items are in the same condition that they were received in. If the return is accepted, we will promptly send you a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The simplest way to make sure that you get the item you would like is the return the item that you do not want, once the return is approved, purchase the new item that you would like.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
